Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email) with your order number within that period. You can use the model withdrawal form below but do not have to.

Sealed goods

Research compounds are supplied in sealed vials for reasons of safety and hygiene. Under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. Opened or reconstituted vials therefore cannot be returned.

Returning unopened goods

Unopened vials with intact seal can be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal statement. Pack them securely and send them to the return address we provide with the confirmation. The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by you unless the return is due to our error. We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items

If a vial arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund it, including shipping.
