Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands as dry lyophilised powder in sealed vials, the most stable form for transport. Delivery across Europe takes 1 to 3 working days. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

Europe	Tracked shipping, 1 to 3 working days. The rate for your country is shown at checkout.
Other countries	Standard international, where legally permitted. Rate shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same or the next working day. Delivery across Europe usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Times are estimates and depend on the carrier and the destination.

Packaging

Vials are packed in plain, padded packaging without any product description on the outside. Lyophilised peptides do not require cooling in transit. Store the vials cold on arrival as described on the product page.

Payment by bank transfer

If you pay by SEPA bank transfer, the order is dispatched as soon as the payment has arrived, usually within 1 to 2 banking days. You receive the bank details and the payment reference with your order confirmation.

Customs and import

For deliveries outside the EU the recipient is responsible for import rules, duties and taxes of the destination country. Please check the legal status of research compounds in your country before ordering.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number. We replace broken vials or resend lost parcels free of charge after checking with the carrier.
