What we process

When you order, we process the data needed to fulfil the contract: name, address, email, phone number, order details and payment status. Payment data is processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout. When you contact us, we process the content of your message to answer it. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address until you unsubscribe.

Legal basis

Order processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, legal retention duties on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, the newsletter on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and website security on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Hosting and shop system

This shop runs on Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Shopify processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; details are in Shopify's privacy policy. Shipping data is passed to the carrier for delivery.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are required for the shop to function (cart, checkout, login). Analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent via the cookie banner, where in use.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Use the contact form to exercise these rights. The competent supervisory authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

Retention

Order data is retained for the periods required by commercial and tax law, generally 10 years. Contact messages are deleted once the matter is resolved, newsletter data on unsubscription.
